Drill hole in floor. Use funnel with tubing. Have friend pour into funnel from cab while you lay underneath and guide into fill out. RTV the s%^ out of floor hole.
DONE!
(yes, I am joking; use the cheap $1 bendy thing mentioned above and just squeeze the bottle and work it around like your first date night and it'll work).

Marine lower unit oil bottle pump. Auto zone sells them in my town. Cost 9$ and you can pump diff and transfer case oil alllll day long. Just did mine last weekend..

just an idea..and not sure if someone have though if it, but what about like an old soap bottle with a hand pump? or something? attach a hose, fill and pump the hell out of it till T case is full?
or you could just make an old propane tank into a air compressed filling tank. what my buddy did.

Here's a marine lower unit on amazon. I think that's a great idea.
I've tried the gear oil top but that's a lot of squeezing to get the oil up the tube.
BTW-I did the hole-in-the-floor on another vehicle and that works really well too!!
