well the exaust is cracked so im replacing my buddy blew his engine in his 94 or 96 high output 4.0 i have a 90 non ho wat can i switch for mine to have the intake n throttle body ? i was thinkin gas lines n throttle cable help please should i take out the motor mount to do exaust header

 

There is very little you can swap from these motors without having issues,control system,connectors all changed in 91,the exhaust manifolds on a 90 are even different. You need to look at them closley.
