I have searched and seen many threads on this topic, but none to answer my question.
I just spoke with someone about some 32x11.5 tires that are like 90%, for only 175 bucks.
How much trimming would i need to do to fit these with 3" lift. On stock 15" rims.

32x1150 is a good compromise if you dont want to do too much trimming, but still want a good sized tire. something that will lessen the amount you need to trim is a budget boost. you essentially lift the body off the chassi by however big you BB is (1-3" usually) from there, you will need maybe 2" of trim to never worry again. if your going all trim and no BB, then 4" maybe?? idk, its half preference, half necesity...

Backspacing on your wheels will also be a factor as the wider tires may not fit entirely inside the wheel well. I have a 31's with a 2 inch lift, so I would think you might be able to fit 32's in there with a three inch lift. My issue came with the moab rims sticking out farther and under extreme flex the outer edge of the tire would rub on the plastic flare.
Edit: just saw that your rims are stock, you may not have any problem fitting these.

yea they will fit, but will rub everything around them =P
4 inches of fender is fine with me, with adding the budget boost would put me above where i want to be and would have to make some modifications to other parts i believe.
any other opinions greatly appreciated =)

you could def. run 32's w/o trimming and for the most part be fine. but if you offroad, then a little trim work is a good thing. like i said, look at the BB! it will give you extra clearance w/o doing any trim!
and yes! be aware of yur back spacing (BS) there was a post on here like 2 days ago about how they got different rims and tires and now there is rubbing! well, the BS was a little less than he needed and its causing big headaches. BS refers to the rims mounting point to its center line. there are plenty of diagrams around. try a thread search of BSing or do a google image search...

FYI you dont need to put 100 cuts in the rear fender to get it to fold, trim to the spot welds and then put one cut in each top corner and everything folds easily with a mallet.
