Default Fender rust, will these need to be replaced?

I've just picked away my stock fender flares since my jeep will be repainted and rustrepaired but i'm wondering if these panels will need replacing or if i can just cut away the rusted area or if it has spread to far. And by cutting away I mean to fit the new flares, buschwackers etc

Oh man, those aren't bad at all.if I were you, I'd take a wire wheel to it, get it all nice and clean, and then hit it with some rust preventive spray paint or bedliner.

Whew, I'm so glad I don't have to deal with rust.

To me, that's enough rust to sell the Jeep and buy a different one.

Yep, most of it is just surface rust! But on one fender has rusted through and is in "bad" shape...but since slapping on a pair of new fender flares usually involve cutting it...i though i might avoid replacing the panel!

Haha, well, it's not that bad to be honest And living in sweden where we have like 6 months of snow and a lot of salt on the roads...you get used to it!
