Default Fender liner ?

So I just installed some 31" BFG's without a lift. I removed my stock fender flares and had to cut the excess of the fender liner that was sticking out, Now they have no support and sag and rub on the tire. What do most guys normally do to tack back up the liner? Im sure I could figure something out, but just wondering if there is a typical answer for this. Wont be as much of an issue when i get the lift hopefully soon, but figured id ask. Thanks

I was actually just looking through a thread of yours, saw you cut your rears, Is the reason most people cut and fold back to avoid having to re-weld the two parts of sheet metal back?
