Default Fender flares

How hard is it to remove the fender flares from a '99 CHerokee?

Spray PB Blaster (or equivalent) on all the nute for a few days before trying this. Then reach underneath the lip and use a 10mm wrench or socket to loosen the nuts. Its easier to do this with the wheel/tire removed. More than likely you will snap off several of the bolts attached to the metal support strips.
