Default Fender flare mounting bracket

My fender flare popped off my 2000 sport. I sprayed the studs with PB blaster and they still snaped off when I tried to remove them. Now I need 2 new or used mounting bracket and cant find them anywhere. Well I did find them at the dealer but they want $60. Ill try welding new studs on before I pay that. Anyone know where I can get them?

just drill holes in the mounting bracket, and then go to the hardware store and get nuts and bolts. mine all snapped too

I thought about that. But was worried about the bolts spinning when i was turning the nut and not being able to hold it in side the flare. I guess I could tack it with a weld.

Before I replaced mine they were double nutted. The PO used like some #8 machine screws, slid them through the hole in the bracket, took one nut & bolted it to the bracket, then used the 2nd nut to bolt it to the fender. It worked & didn't spin when taking them on or off.
