Favorable oil pressure?

Favorable oil pressure?
I'm running 5W-40 Rotella T6 and am around 42-44 when cruising at 70...sometimes around 38 or so when idling. Does that seem normal?

Don't know if it applies to the Jeep 6 but I've read for years that you're okay if you've got 10 psi for each 1000 rpm the engine is running.
My 86 IROC is down around 12 to 15 psi at idle once it warms up, been that way for 4 years or so. Every spring I think it won't make it through the summer but it does. 186,000 miles and counting.
My Cherokee Sport has 105,000 miles on it and when its warm it runs about 40 psi at 2200 rpm and about 22 psi at idle.
