I have a fault code 27 for the injectors. i also have a jerking/ loss of power at about 1500 rpms. I have searched through the old post but no one had a conclusive fix for the problem. i am gonna try a crank position sensor this week in hopes of fixing the problem. anybody got any help??

 

Dunno the code. But a guess is the o2s. Throw it on a code reader to make sure. Generally with the CPS, if it goes, the jeep won't start. But ya never know.

have you cleared the codes and drove xj to make sure the code returns...

i have cleared the code and it still returns as soon as the jeep is restarted. I am gonna PM trekker and see what he has to offer.

 

found it. back pin in the connector for one of the injectors. found it when i was upgrading to 703 i got outta the JY.
