Default Fast Turn Signal

Just got a 2000 Cherokee Sport a few days ago and my left turn signal has been blinking fast since I got it, I figured it was a bulb so I changed all of them, checked the fuse and still don't know what's wrong. All the lights are blinking when I go to use the left turn signal but one of the bulbs in the front is dimmer than the other, could it be the wiring? The socket? Thanks for any help in advance!

Did you replace the dim bulb?

It's most likely blinking fast because it's believes there's a bulb out (doesn't have to be completely out, just below the threshold for what it considers out, probably 5v)

The real issue is most likely a short/ corrosion/ loose connection with the bulb or that wires.

Fix the connection issue & get full power back & non blinking.

Must be a nice disco effect when you take a left turn, haha.
I'd check, clean and reconnect grounds and check connections and fuses as a first step.

This is most likely a ground problem causing a backfeed
