fan motor question

My 95 fan motor only blows on high, so right now freeze or burn up any ideas

Blower motor resistor needs replacing. It's in the passenger kick panel.

if not that it may just be a shot motor, i tried the resistor fix and nothing, replaced the blower motor and all good....i didnt actually realize i only had 2 of 4 speed settings until after i replaced the motor than was like HOLY CRAP! thats what high fan speed feels like

passenger side by left shin look for this no need to remove dash part just look under there
