Fan clutch assembly question

Fan clutch assembly question
Hi I have a 87 w/a 4l six and a 5 speed. The fan clutch has come loose from the pulley it is attached to. The pulley looks like it had 4 studs now it has 1 bent one and 3 missing ones. What is this pulley called and where do I fine one. How is this pulley attached to the engine. Any help or ideas would be great. I will also need an new fan as the old one is bent now.
