I put mine on with stainless steel sheet metal screws and small washers. I predrilled a very small pilot hole and then put a big dab of silicone over the hole before I lowered on the rail. Then screwed it down. Going on four years and no leaks. I got the screws and washers from my local hardware store.

 

Awesome! Good enough for me. I was only concerned about it leaking that is why I was wondering about factory hardware. I was sent to a Glass Installer who was hesitant to install it...has all the material but steered me away " it will leak" just didn't want to do it lol....going to try your ideat and will be cheaper!! Thank You
