Factor installed security

Factor installed security
My son left my dome light and killed the battery. Now the factor security will not let my 1991 XJ start. The key FOB appears to be working. Any help?

I have a 91 as well, if the driver door doesn't work; unlock/lock hatch, unlock driver door and you should be good to go. Driver door doesn't need to be shut for this.
