Default F&(*@%# Spindle NUT!!!

Any tips or tricks on getting the Spindle Nut off??? I sprayed alot of penetrating oil on it, I don't have a torch so I can't heat the nut up. And don't just tell me to use a HUGE bar, cause I have tried that!

Put a floor jack under your breaker bar and slowly pump it up. Let it sit with a lot of pressure on it and it will eventually loosen.

Another option is losening it with the tire on the ground. I made sure my center cap was off and jumped on it with a cheater bar and once it broke jacked up and rest is history. Also heat does wonders.

X2 with the floor jack. Add heat or a do a few raps with a BFH and it'll pop loose. I used an impact wrench on mine. Also, if you pass a pinch bar thru the clearing in the axle u-joint yoke then you can rotate the axle to brace the bar against a hard place. This will allow for additional torquing - axle flex often makes it a harder fight, so if you eliminate the flex then...

Three big bolts? Is your knuckle unbolted? If yes then definitely do bolt it up first - not fully torqued, just bottomed out, because you need that support and don't want the mating surfaces to gall...

I put a breaker bar on it then used my hi-lift as a winch to pull on it.

I put the big bar on the breaker bar and then roll the jeep forward or backwards till the bar hits the floor. Get in the jeep and fire it up and back up or pull ahead to bust the nut loose. Just make sure the bar is the right way ( to the front or back) when you do it.To the back on the drivers side and go in reverse or to the front on the passenger side and drive forward.
When I put everything back together, I use my best friend. Anti seize.
