extreme jump when changing from park to drive!!

Exclamation extreme jump when changing from park to drive!!

when starting up and then go from park to drive there is an extreme jump forward.... what mite be the problem

After I dropped a 94' 4.0L and rebuilt it in my 89' Mine jumps forward a bit. I was told that just means their is quite a bit of power going to the wheels

1. Idle too high
2. ATX valve body malfunction
3. ATX hydraulic pressure too high
4. ATX clutch/spring malfunction

what RPMs is it idling at
