extra wires/ connectors near trans?

extra wires/ connectors near trans?
Just did my rear o2 and noticed some plugs burning on my exhaust. Two have connectors and one has been cutoff. Anyone know what they might be?

Do you have a manual or auto trans? I think some manual jeeps came with auto trans connectors on the wiring harness. But I may be wrong. Got a pic of it?
