Extending E-brake with 4inch lift?

do i need extend my e-brake line. if so how difficult is it? its just a wire cable so its seems like it should be easy. but fixing stuff on jeeps always take longer than expected haha

you might have to give it alittle more slack at adjustment above rear drive shaft i cant remember what i did its been a very long time since my xj was lifted that little

two 13mm or halfinch wrench just back the first nut off and then back the second nut off when you get enough slack tighten them back together make sur it still wors i think all idid to mine was take the cable out of the two sprind or streched them to allow the cables to drop more

if that doesn't work, get two passenger side e-brake cables for a yj.
you may have to modify your adjuster rod by adding a little bit of threaded rod to it to extend it. but that's quite easy.
there's 2 ways to do it. you could simply cut another one and weld that to yours, or just use a threaded sleeve and 2 lock nuts and just thread them together.
