Extended brake line help (they look diff than oem)
Okay so using the online choose your vehicle system online I ordered some extended brake lines. When they arrived they look different so I contacted the retailer and they sent me out new ones, directly from the place that makes them for them.
When the new ones arrived they looked exactly the same as the first ones, both of which do not match the connectors on my OEM brake lines.

Are they okay, is it just might ignorance or have they actually sent me the wrong lines 2 times in a row. I'm looking for the connections to be exactly the same as OEM but if this is just the way they come then i need to accept it. There's pictures that look like mine but I don't know what I'm doing wrong and that just may not be the way these crown lines come. Help. Thx

I'm not sure what the concern is. Is it the fact that the oem line has a block shape on the end and the new ones do not? As long as they both have the same thickness and same hole size for the banjo bolt, you should be fine. Be sure to use fresh compression washers(aluminum or copper) during your install.
Yes that was exactly my concern, I'm a little old fashioned I like the new to look like the old, makes me feel warm and fuzzy. This is why I wanted to confirm with you guys who know better than I.
