Unhappy expertise and guidance please?

Hi there,
I finally decided to make my jeep an off road vehicle, yea! And well after wrenching on her a bit she started acting up. I don't think it's from anything I did, but I don't know what's goin on so turning in for some help. The work I did was minor just an oil change and radiator flush (however on the radiator flush I was unable to remove the block drain plug). After that went on what was going to be a fun summer drive cut short due to complications as such, my oil pressure sensor started maxing out. As I slow down the pressure would go down so I ended up doing a grueling 150mile return at 55mph. By the time I got home my engine sounded like poo. When I went to restart it a week later the oil pressure was high off the bat and my engine now has a permaneant whining noise. There's no check engine light and I've checked my oil and it's fine. Temperature gage reads perfect. I don't know what's wrong with my jeep Anyone have some advice or suggestions?

Default oil pressure sending unit

Your oil pressure sending unit needs replacing...it is located right above the oil filter, looks like a big spark plug...spend the $8 on a Lisle 13250 socket, which will make the replacement a 10-minute process...they go bad in an ugly way and the plastic cap on it can blow out like a sliced artery, arching oil fast enough to empty your crank in minutes...as for the whining noise keep your fingers crossed that once the new sender is in, that particular gremlin goes away.
