I run the Turbo muffler by cherry bomb from Autozone for 20 bucks and it works just fine. good sound and it's cheap so it you kill it on the trail you wont be out much money compared to a borla or flowmaster.

i got one that fit over the existing pipe and just put a clamp on it, i would suggest takin a small section of the exhaust pipe with you to autozone so you can match it up to make sure it fits right and all youll have to do is use one exhaust clamp

Nope just wrenched on a muffler clamp till I couldn't turn it no more without snapping the clamp off, and checked for leaks and boom good to go.

I got a Cherrybomb and a stock cat and I hate it, Doesnt sound much louder then stock. I had that Turbo muff on my Yota and it was too quiet for me as well

Go with a Flow Master. Sounds awesome, more power and I've smacked mine a few times on the trail. These things are built tough as well as for good sound. Rock, logs and such just scratch it.

Ya IL don't have any emmissions laws but if you get a center muff with a side exit you can use your stock pipe just cut the old one out and peice in the new muff
