Default Exhaust Damage

Will this cause my XJ to be stalling out? It stalls randomly while in park and stalls a lot in reverse. I checked for vacuum leaks with water and couldn't hear any also. It did it before I let it sit in my driveway for months.

Not likely. There is a factory dent that's bigger and I've seen pipes twisted nearly completely closed and still run.

Check and clean the IAC and passages in the throttle body.

That dent in the down pipe will not cause any problems at all.

When my crank position sensor was going out it was causing my car to stall. Moved the wire while looking at it and later car stalled reversing out of Napa them stalled while driving home. Changed my sensor cause that's what I got at Napa and it didn't happen again.
