Guys,

|I am heading out to pick up exhaust from junk jard and I was wondering if exhaust from Grand cherokee will fit as well.

I am looking to get cat and back box.

i dont it will becuase the cat and muffler might be bigger than stock on the xj and might rub on the back axle.

Would you know if 97 - 01 model exhaust will fit as well?

 

i mean, you can always get a connector that is flared to make up for the change in size, but the only issue is still going over the rear axle

 

a Grand Cherokee exhaust will not work.. just the bend of the hoop and then back is what fails.. i'm you could make it work but it would'nt turn out good... i have a GC tailpipe in my garage still that i tried using on my xj and failed... gonna try it on my comanche when all this snow is gone
