CEL on for my evap system. Any ideas on what it could be? Maybe just a new gas cap?

 

large leak nope not gas cap sorry check the hoses under the jeep going to and from the sqaure box by gas tank and check all vaceum hoses in engine bay, and the goofy looking emission thing hanging on firewall. good luck next step is a smoke test.

 

check the hoses coming in and going out of your leak detection pump. it is located in the engine compartment on the passenger side near the firewall.(plastic piece with elect connection going into it ) it usually is bolted to the fender by means of a metel brackst. Plastic cylinder bolted on top of it.
