Default Evap codes P0442 P0443

I’ve done and replaced about everything! Smoke tested multiple times at multiple shops. No small leaks detected. The only two things left is the PCM replaced and or something with the Charcoal filter by the tank. I think there are valves under that cover where the charcoal filter is……but can’t pass emissions with these codes. Can anyone please help me??

You can download the FSM Here:

https://archive.org/details/jeepcher...01ocr3663pages

In the upper left corner, you'll see the ellipse (circle with 3 dots), Select it, see "Downloadable files". Select it and then "Get PDF" It's 3600+ pages long so it may take a few minutes depending on your speed.

There are also "roll over" valves on top of the fuel tank. Perhaps one of them is leaking? Do you smell gas?

You're correct that the evap canister is underneath by the rear axle. Make sure the lines are in good shape and there are no cracks in the canister.

How many monitors can be incomplete to pass inspection in your state?

Turns out only one for a 2001.

https://illinoisairteam.net/vehicle-...ting-faqs/#obd

"Remember, vehicles are rejected when more than two (2) non-continuous readiness monitors are “not ready” for 1996 to 2000 model year vehicles, or when more than one (1) non-continuous readiness monitor is “not ready” for 2001 and newer model year vehicles. Additionally, the catalyst monitor must be “ready” at the time of any retest after a vehicle failed an initial test for any catalyst code."

that sucks, If it were 2 monitors allowed it would be easier to pass.
