If you suspect your clockspring is giving you a tps error, pull the horn relay in the fuse box in the passenger side kick panel. See if the idle smooths out.
A clockspring issue can give you a p0123 code........trust me I had it happen.

That does sound like a clockspring issue.

If you check the voltage at the TPS, like I mentioned, you'll probably find that the voltage is too high (above 5.5 volts).

If so, removing the horn relay, as mentioned above, will give you a temporary fix until you can change the clockspring.

Pulling the horn fuse worked so i m going to assume that it is the clock spring.

Yep, you have 2 options, buy one from dealer, auto parts, or junkyard. Or open up yours and repair it. There are quite a few write ups on repairing yours and replacing it, id go with a good junkyard one if possible

Make sure replacement has cruise, they do make one without. So make sure you get the right one.
