Engine: 4.0 L inline 6

Error code P0751

Jeep Cherokee Sport 98 auto trans. Check engine light on, error code P0751, sometimes it hesitate to up shift at low speed. Any hint from where to start? Thank you in advance.

Thank you guys. I forgot to mention that I know the code meaning. I did ran the scanner. Any idea on how to fix a code P0751? My manual doesn't mention anything about Overdrive (O/D) switch check or replacement.
