Default Error Code p0206

Well today I started my 2000 XJ up for the first time in a couple weeks and was welcomed by the check engine light I went to autozone and got the codes read p0206 injector problem or something. On the way home though the check engine light started blinking and it starting running very rough could a bad injector cause this or is it something else?

Absolutely. Bad injectors will make it buck like crazy. You may want to check the codes again. You may get new one. It could be a bad or clogged injector. They are really easy to replaced and not very expensive.

You might want to tow it somewhere to get it looked at. The blinking CEL usually indicates a 'do not drive' condition. If raw gas is getting to the cat. converter, it can ruin it pretty fast.
