I just ordered two of these cats.. great price for the same function youll get from any other "high-flow" cats. Still waiting for them to come in so i can install em.
But yes they are good replacements, great customer service as well.

Would I need to change anything? Not sure how these's work... What I mean is, I know on my bike if I change the exhaust, then I will probably have to rejet, or tune a little...

Anything like that for the CAT? I know, it's a Noob question..LOL

Thanks for the feedback on those guys..

No should be a direct swap.. while your there you might wanna check your o2 sensor, or just replace it to be sure its working properly..

You could reset your ecu to relearn how your vehicle is running. 02 cents

Probably not a bad idea, as I am sure we will drive it much differently than the PO..
Did that on my truck (02 Tundra)...

Do you have the Procedure for the 99' Cherokee? I am sure I could google it as well..

yup thats it, its not really nessary to touch the cables together, but be sure to give it enough time to drain out all stored power.. Maybe one night before you call it a day disco the battery completely, and next morning continue with the procedure, reconnect, key cycle, lights, etc your done.. It may feel odd at first but dont be alarmed. Just keep an eye on everything for the next 50 warm ups.

That's exactly what I was gonna do..just seems odd to hold those together like that...I'm sure it would be fine, but odd...

So, the boy never did bring home the code reader, it wouldn't hold a charge.. I decided to head up to Autozone to get them to read it..well, battery was dead....I pulled it to charge it for a few hours...it was at 9 something...charged it to 11.7 then put it back in and cranked it up..tested it and I was reading 14 volts...at least I know the alternator is doing it's job... Of course now the Code is gone..Drove it about 40 miles this evening, never could get the light to come back on...I'm sure it is not fixed, so now it's just a wait and see game...

I also picked up one of the cheap code readers while out and about..figure it would be a good add to the toolbox...since I have 2 vehicles that are 8yrs plus...

will update if and when the code comes back..
