Engine ticking driving me nuts

Engine ticking driving me nuts
Hey all.
My 93 4.0 has been ticking for a bit now and I can't figure it out. New header, no leak. maybe collapsing lifter? It's pretty loud, gets quieter when it warms up but doesn't go away. I don't really hear it at cruise it is really loud when accelerating. What can I do to troubleshoot this more? Oil-change/additives?

my 98 4.0L ticks but it honestly sounds like the injectors firing because you can feel each one tick as its running if you touch them. No noise from under the valve cover, maybe you can relate?
