No differences in the block.

You'll need to keep your flywheel and the big plate that sits behind it.

Don't forget to order a new pilot bearing as well.

Agree.

In fact, if you've got the engine and transmission apart, now is a GREAT time to do the whole clutch set so you don't have to pull the thing apart again 6m or a year down the road. Either way, grease the splines, don't pinch or pull your CPS wire (and make sure it isn't drooping near the exhaust).. etc. etc. etc. You know the drill.

It's recommended to not reuse the flywheel bolts. I bought a set of bolts when I thought I'd need to take my flywheel off to replace the spacer/dust plate (the P.O. had used the automatic one which is a 2 piece deal... ) that I never used. I'll happily send them to you if you want them (they're obnoxiously expensive - and I'd already opened the damn package.. d'oh!!) if you PM me.

It may be a PITA, but remove the crank sensor before you start pulling. It is very fragile, and sits close enough to the flywheel that you will most probably hit it, killing it.
