Default Engine stalls

Ok first off I am thinking tps. When I am driving at normal speed it runs fine. As soon as I come to a stop sign or light the rpm drops to 100 to 300 and stalls. Anyone else have the same that happened or know what it is?

It sounds more of a F press problem to me.

it just opens more on cold starts

Are you sure? Then why does it have the conical rubber on the end of the pintle with the sign of the dead end on it? I am pretty confident.
I have used a rubber hose to plug the hole once when my IAC was stuck open, it idled just fine.

it worked because it was stuck in a standard idle position
once the throttle is open over idle the IAC will close then as the throttle comes back to idle it takes over again

throttle bodies don't allow air to pass at the idle position like a carb
the IAC controls it all

It was stuck open and idled at 2000rpm, i took the IAC off and put a piece of rubber instead of the pintle (removed the pintle from the motor).
There is another by-pass hole near the IAC by-pass that provides idle speed, where the map sensor vacuum line is plugged to.

So I guess the question is TPS or IAC?

Check your fuel pressure when it stalls and clean your TB inside.

Did you bleed the air from the fuel line after replacing the fuel filter?
Pressure readings?
TPS voltage measurements?
