Engine Soaked = no start
I'm short on time so I'm soliciting suggestions on things to check first before I start. Engine got soaked (via puddle), started to sputter but made it home. Sat for an hour or so and when I tried to start, it clicked once, then clicked repeatedly. Tried again the next day and no click, no power, no nothing. I'm not an engine guy so any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance (this forum has saved me several times before)

Start at the battery cables.
The the Solenoid by the battery, the main power to the whole jeep interior starts on that solenoid.
Check your grounds too, also make sure the battery is still charged up.
