And the pressure is weird as i said it kinda jumps around then it works fine normal pressure than when it acts up it goes down a little below 40 but thats because i just dumped a quart of oil on the ground

 

Well im gonna look at the cat and the map sensor set tomorrow worth a shoot i know its never gonna be 100% but i just need it to last till i can get another Cherokee for dd

 

Only does it on hills? Not if you sit on level ground and rev it? Maybe some thicker oil might be the best bet

 

Never just sat there and rev it but under normal like main st type driven it doesnt leak only when i give a good amount of gas lime to go up a hill small hill just a puff of smoke a bigger longer hill i have to pull over and let it idle a bit a i watch it slowly stop dripin oil its weird and i tryied 20w50 and it seem to run worse also oil pressure was screwy so i went back to 10w40

 

Have you done a compression test?

 

Not me personally but i had a garage do it annd nothing wrong

 

Im just goona keep lookin for a good low mileage engine and try to band aid this one for as long as i can its tired lol
