10w-30 just like the cap say's or if it's always below 0, 5w-30 like the book you should have say's. (chilton's , hayne's ,etc)

API SM OR SN rated. Lower 1st number oil will flow quicker to engine parts than higher 1st number oil when motor is below normal operating temp. 0W30 is the same vis as straight 30 when at normal operating temp. 0W30 is a lighter vis (flows quicker) than straight 30 when motor is below operating temp.
