Engine noise, what is this? Video!

Model: Cherokee
Engine: 4.0L I6
Can anyone tell me what this noise is coming from my engine? Rod knock? Bearings? It is not my torque converter bolts as I have checked those. Engine is cold in this video. It's a 2000 xj 4.0, aw4. Also I am aware of the 0331 head, but I am not having any coolant loss and the jeep has never been over heated. Help!

looks like it has good oil pressure, so that pretty much rules out bearings. sounds like either lifters or the typical piston slap of a 4.0 . does it go away when warm??? also does the oil pressure ever drop below 13 psi at idle or below 37 psi above 1600 rpms when warm?
