Default Engine knock
Would thicker oil compared to thinner oil cause any engine knocks ?

Switched to 15 w 40 and now seems I get a knocking noise at idle at times

ive had the knock for over a year. Sometimes it does it and its so loud you have trouble hearing at a drive through, other times its so quiet you could hear a pin drop. I was thinking piston slap.
