Engine help with tubes for air and intake?

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter
O'Riely's will have them in the HELP section. One is just an elbow, the other is a small oriface that acts as the PCV valve. Replace the rubber grommets too.

They both look the same on the outside, but the rear one has a plug in it with a small hole to act as the PCV valve.
