Do you know about Leaf Springs? '99 cherokee xj
I have a '99 cherokee which is sagging in the rear, due to weak leaf springs. Some clips are busted. I'm looking to replace them with new ones. Do you know much about springs? Do you know who makes good aftermarket springs? Where I could get some? website? Got any ideas? Or things to avoid when installing them?
NOTE: I'm going to keep the jeep stock. I'd be willing to lift it an inch, but don't want to start converting other things too. I'm looking for something durable enough to not have to worry about them again; under normal driving conditions, and light off roading.

They have a couple different lift heights. I'm thinking medium duty 3.5" lift, but I'm also having a hard time picturing my Jeep without flat (almost backwards curved) springs and 3.5" of lift.
I'm looking at the ones from here

To CT it was like 80.00 shipping for the pair
I can't wait to get my side work money

OEM Spring
I put in Standen Industries 97-545. A multi leaf stock replacement for my 89. Built in Calgary Alberta Canada. Real nice quality, fit perfect. Made in North America. Google the company for info. My originals were done and actuall running inverted. 100000+ km on the Standen replacements, still sittin pretty. Height still holding at 1" above a stock spring.
I run a 2.5" lift block and don't get spring wrap which some threads will warn about, not sayin spring wrap doesn't happen, just not happening with mine. I also run a Monroe Coilover Sensitrac shock, comes from Monroe that way, built for the Cherokee, Google Monroe for Load Assist.
Anyway I am real happy with my Standen leafs.
(Not so Happy with the Toronto Maple Leafs). Compare prices of what you find is available to you.

Quadratech.com they have some heavy duty standerd springs with a 7 inch arch which will net about 1-1.5 inch over stock after they settle for about 99.00 bucks ea.
