engine goes boom

I just blow my in-line 6 at 250k. Due to radiator running dry. Dumb move on my part. Diagnostic comp reads lost of compression in number 2. I wanted to know if anyone has advice on a rebuild of old or buy new .

i did a junkyard seap last weekend wasnt too bad, just put a new seals an everything on, an runs like a champ now
