engine cut off
Hello, I have a 93 jeep cherokee V6 with a newer motor (only about 35k miles) recently while driving the RPMs drop to 0, there is no power to the engine but all the electronics stay working. If I hit the gas a couple of times the RPMs come back up and the jeep jerks forward and everything is back to normal. This has happened about 5 times in the past 2 weeks and once the motor actually died and all power killed, including power steering, I had to pull to the side of the road and restart the engine, which it did on the 2nd or 3rd try.......any ideas of what could be wrong?? Please help!
