For background:
After trying to start my car when I went to leave my vehicle would not start. Turns out the positive cable was loose. After jiggling it, the vehicle would start again. I replaced the entire cable system from the PDC to the Alternator to the starter. I did notice the positive cable would get very warm when the key was in the on position while trying to troubleshoot in the parking lot..

Upon starting the vehicle I pulled these codes,

I noticed the vehicle does not shift after 50MPH
I have 1st 2nd and 3rd Gear and they shift fine.
Shifting does not happen past 50MPH as RPMS will just keep going higher. it did not have these problems before the no start.

Vehicle starts only in Park and Neutral as it should.

I did swap the NSS while it was in park, apparently you need to swap it when it’s in neutral..

I replaced the NSS and it still didn’t fix it.
All the tiny fuses in the passenger kick panel and under the hood have been checked. Nothing is blown.

My reverse lights do not work but that might be from my wiring work when I fixed the rear lights.

ideas on what to check next?

Check your transmission fluid first - low fluid kills shifting. That hot cable might've fried something in the transmission control system. Check the transmission fuse specifically, not just visually but for power on both sides. Your NSS install doesn't explain the 50mph shift problem, that's separate. Have battery and alternator tested, low voltage makes transmissions act up.

It resolved itself. Even after swapping the NSS I still had problems. But I cleared the codes and eventually it fixed itself..
