Exclamation Engine code Ques ?

Hey guys, so my engine light started flashing intermidently while on my drive home today. Got home and hooked up the reader and it pulled P0205 and P0305 which are #5 injector fail and #5 cylinder misfire. If I replace all my injectors which I was going to do anyways soon, would it benefit me to get larger ones or just stick with the stock injectors ? My XJ is lifted 4"s with 32"s, a K&N intake and Magnaflow exhaust, thats it. Thanks for the help guys.

There are almost as many threads on injector upgrades as "jeep cranks, but no start" lol....there are benefits you will have to decide on your own how much. Have you tried swapping another injector to the #5 spot and see if it returns or moves to another cylinder? this will rule out a wiring issue. Edit...Actually you can just swap the #6 & #5 Connectors same thing

O.k, Ive never done injectors before but I assume that starting from the front of the jeep ---> windshield it goes from 1-6 ? So injector #5 will be the second to last one ? Sorry trying to learn !

1. Inspect wiring and reconnect the connector on the #5 injector

2. If that doesn't resolve, swap the #5 injector with a different cylinder and see if the code follows to that new cylinder.

Then you'll know for sure.....
