Engine bogs down/shuts off

Engine bogs down/shuts off
My jeep just started to last time i drove it bog down when you give it throttle and sometimes on a hill shut off if you give it very little throttle on flat surface it will run better but if you give it any more than quarter of throttle it starts to studder and back fire put new fuel pump filter and ignition coil already in it so thats not it any ideas? It will rev up completely fine when in park or neutral only when it is moving it does it i have a 1993 4.0 auto high output xj thank you
