Hey guys,
I recently downgraded the atlas 4 speed in my jeep. I got a fairly low mileage np231 off someone and it has the electronic speedo gear. (the blue one with a short shaft). I have an 87 laredo cherokee with a mechanical speedo, and I got the mechanical speedo gear (orange with a long shaft) my question is, what do I need to do to make it work? It doesn't seem as though the gears will seperate from the shafts otherwise I'd just swap them. Any ideas? Thanks.
