Hello Everyone,
I have a 2001 with automatic that is my daily driver. I was testing the 4H and 4L today as the weather changes here in Wisconsin. I noticed that I don't get my indicator lights on the dash when I go into 4H or 4L. I can definitely tell that I'm going into 4L, guessing 4H is working but don't really feel a difference between that and 2H. Another symptom is that my transmission lamp on the gear shift lever and the lamp for the 4 wheel drive selector isn't working. I checked fuses and those 2 lamps and everything is good.
Any ideas as to why my dash lights and the console lamps aren't working?
Oh yeah, this summer I replaced the heater core and ac evaporator. My only thought is I might have missed a connector common to the trans and 4 wheel drive.
Thanks for any input. Tim
