ok so i've been reading on several forums about my problem. no turn signals, wipers or blower. it appears the universal fix is to replace the ignition switch...now i know the ignition switch is located down lower in the steering column but some posts have referred to the ignition lock (the thing the key goes in) as the ignition switch so now i'm confused...which one needs replacing? the lock or the switch?

Not the lock part. I had to drop my column down and it is mounted on top of that column just under the speedo.
