Electrical issue on 01 XJ

I bet its something simple but when I turn the AC on, most times the radio shuts off and the power windows stop working. Turn the AC off or after a start, it all works again..........sometimes

Any clues?? Thanks

Thinking out loud here, but, IIRC, another ground (G108, not pictured) is shared with the radio and the ac/heater controls. Thats the ground at the lower right corner of the dash. Check that one, too.
