Electrical info needed. *renix help*
I have an 89 cherokee with a 4.0 Renix system, i have this wierd misfire problem going on when i give it light throttle, im pretty sure i have narrowed the problem down to the tps wiring, does anyone know what voltage reference i should have at the pcm with the ign on at terminal c7? this is the yellow wire with the green trace, (the tps input wire).
i have checked continuity on the wire and its fine, actually i checked all of the tps wires for continuity and they are all fine. another wierd problem im having is the when the trans control module is plugged in i only get about 1.5 volts at the tps 5v supply terminal (c15) but when i unplug the trans module i get just under 5 volts, the problem was intermittent, but not it appears to be a hard fault, any ideads renix guru's

Reference source voltage for the TPS is a nominal +5VDC - expect it to be lower. Adjust the output voltage to 17% of the actual input voltage - not .85VDC (unless your TPS input just happens to be +5.00VDC...)
Use a DMM or DVM to set, unless you've got an analogue meter with a huge, easy-to-read scale!
