Default Electrical connector rebuild

Does anyone know how to take apart the electrical connector for the fuel injector off of a 2001? I used to work in a body shop and when damage to the connector wasn't bad I would take the wires out with it intake out of the broken plastic connector and just insert it into a new connector. I have ordered all new connectors but can not figure out how to get the wire out of the damaged plastic.

I watched this a while ago. Still have not fixed two of my broken connectors. They just slide off...

Thanks for posting that, I saved it to my Jeep Docs. file folder. It has almost 4 gig of data in it that I've saved in the last 2 years.
